What does it actually mean to live life in a mindful way? For me, it means having an understanding of who I am, why I am here, and how to do what I came here to do, in the best possible way for my highest good and the highest good of all. That may seem like a pretty tall order and yet the more I am in alignment with my Self, the more joyful, at ease, and contented I am.

In todays busy world, we are surrounded by the thoughts, ideas, beliefs and prejudices of others. Some may have a positive effect on us, while others can be toxic to our well-being. All too often, we absorb those toxic energies without realising, finding ourselves tired, overwhelmed and uninspired.
