- Section 1There are a couple of options in this class. Create anywhere between 1-12 colour palettes, using the different segments from the colour wheel. If desired, these can form a colour recipe book or made into bookmarks & cards, or simply be used as collage papers. Another option is to paint a simple abstract composition or a more traditional design using your chosen palette(s). This is a great way to create wall art that will compliment your interior colour schemes.17

Requirements
- Please watch Lesson 2: Composition & Materials video before purchasing any materials so that you can check your own art supplies before purchasing any required extra materials.
- You only need the three primary colours of blue, red and yellow, plus black and white, and the principals and techniques can be used with any paint medium; watercolour, gouache, acrylic and oil. (I’m using acrylics throughout the course).
- Cartridge or mixed media paper, preferably between 220 - 300 g/m weight.
- A selection of brushes that you like to use; 2-3 varying sizes
