Creating Mandalas

For self-expression, insight and relaxation

Creating a mandala is a gentle way of releasing stress and tension in the mind and body as you play with colour, patterns and images all within the safety of that universal shape, the circle. It is a meditation-in-motion, soothing, relaxing and highly absorbing once you get started.

Suitable for complete beginners, I will guide you through a combination of simple painting, stencilling, drawing and colouring techniques, as you lose yourself in this lovely process, bringing a calmness to your day. I will also show how you can use your mandalas for insight and clarity.
