Creating Mandalas

For self-expression, insight and relaxation

Creating a mandala is a gentle way of releasing stress and tension in the mind and body as you play with colour, patterns and images all within the safety of that universal shape, the circle.

Highly absorbing once you get started. Using a combination of simple painting, drawing and colouring techniques, you will lose yourself in this lovely process.
